It is a space for Asian men to come exactly as they are — without judgement, shame or pressure to pretend everything is okay.

Sim's Circle exists to improve the mental wellbeing of Asian men by creating safe, welcoming and culturally sensitive spaces where men can talk openly, build meaningful connections, access appropriate support and feel less alone.

Inspired by Sim's compassion, acceptance and love of life, we believe every man deserves to be heard without judgement and supported for who he is.

Starting in Manchester, we aim to build a community that can ultimately reach Asian men across the UK.

The Pillars of Sim’s Circle

01

Talk-
Breaking the silence

Creating safe spaces where Asian

men can speak honestly about their feelings, struggles and experiences without fear of shame, criticism or being seen as weak.

02

Connect-
Ending loneliness

Helping men build meaningful connections with others who may understand their experiences, reducing isolation and reminding them they don't have to face life's challenges alone.

03

Empoower -Understand yourself

Helping Asian men better understand their emotional wellbeing, recognise the pressures affecting them, develop healthy ways to cope and feel confident seeking support when they need it.

04

Thrive -
Living beyond Survival

Supporting men not only through difficult periods, but also in building fuller lives with purpose, confidence, positive relationships and things to look forward to.
